2300 Club Drive, next to the office. Seats about 80. Owners in good standing may reserve it for private events; a refundable cleaning deposit applies.

Pools

The big and small pools open Memorial Day weekend and close October 31. Pool passes are issued to owners current on dues; every adult signs the waiver once a season.

Boat ramp, dock, parks & courts

Open to owners, residents and their guests during daylight hours; no reservation needed. Report a problem with any amenity as a work order.
