Online voting
Texas Property Code §209.00592 lets owners vote by electronic ballot. When a vote is open, it appears here with the candidate statements or the full text of the proposal, and you get an email and text when it opens and 48 hours before it closes. One vote per lot; co-owners share a vote.

Prefer paper? Absentee ballots are mailed to every owner of record; an in-person vote at the meeting replaces a mailed ballot. Any owner may request a recount within 15 days (§209.0057).
