Requesting association records
Any owner may inspect or copy the association's books and records under Texas Property Code §209.005. Send a written request by certified mail to the office at 2300 Club Drive, Granbury, TX 76048, or by email to the Property Manager, stating the records you want and whether you want copies or to inspect them. The association must respond within 10 business days (15 if more time is needed). Copying charges follow the recorded Records Production Policy.
